Crude oil Natural Gas Tankers

Description: The project consists of the construction of a floating production, storage and offloading unit (FPSO) in the Búzios field in the pre-salt of the Santos Basin, in Brazil. The unit will have a storage capacity of more than 1.6M/b and will be connected to 15 wells, 8 oil producers and 7 injectors. The P-83 is part of a new generation of platforms, with high production capacity and technologies to reduce carbon emissions. Some of the innovations will be the methane gas detection system, capable of preventing or mitigating the risks of this compound leaking, and the closed gas flare technology.
