Gabardo del Verano Photovoltaic Park Expansion

Description: Expansion of the Gabardo del Verano Photovoltaic Park Power generating plants greater than 3 MW The Project "Expansion of the Gabardo del Verano Photovoltaic Park" corresponds to the expansion of a project declared under construction called "Gabardo del Verano", which has Exempt Resolution No. 0365 dated June 26, 2019 by the Environmental Assessment Service of the Santiago Metropolitan Region, which translates into an increase in its nominal installed power. The Project requires increasing the nominal power of the approved project to 9 MWac, through the installation of 19,908 photovoltaic panels, with powers of 440 and 565 Watts. In this sense, although the nominal power of the approved project is 3 MWac, in order for the project to reach the expected level of generation, it is necessary to expand the approved project, increasing the total nominal power to 9 MWac, which It will correspond to the power that will finally be injected into the distribution network of the National Electric System (SEN). The project aims to produce clean electricity through Non-Conventional Renewable Energy (ERNC), which is injected into the National Electric System (SEN). The total nominal power of the project will be 9MWac.
