Public-private partnership (PPP) Hospital

Description: The project consists of the design, construction, equipment, operation and maintenance of the General Hospital in Torreón, Coahuila. The project will be a new second level hospital to replace the "Dr. Francisco Galindo Chávez" General Hospital. An infrastructure is planned that will serve the four basic specialties: internal medicine, general surgery, pediatrics and gynecology-obstetrics through 24 offices (which will have 28 specialties), emergency service with 3 offices and 23 observation beds, as well as a care unit. adult intensive care units (9 beds) and neonatal intensive care units (5 beds). It is considered to offer the following specialties and services: a) Auxiliary diagnostic services: imaging, clinical laboratory, pathological anatomy, blood bank, endoscopy and allergy and dermatology clinics, cardiology, gynecology-obstetrics, otorhinolaryngology, neurology, neurosurgery and ophthalmology. b) Auxiliary treatment services: in emergencies, there will be a surgical unit made up of 4 general surgery operating rooms, one for outpatient surgery and one for tocosurgery, peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, chemotherapy and urology, pulmonology and pain clinics. The new hospital will be located in the El Águila ejido and will benefit one million 284 thousand beneficiaries of the states of Coahuila, Chihuahua and Durango.
