Description: The project consists of the construction of a trans-Pacific submarine cable that will connect South America, Oceania and Asia. The cable is projected to have 16 pairs fiber optic and an initial data transmission capacity of up to 400Gbps to connect Valparaíso and Sydney (Australia), via Auckland (New Zealand). The connection between Australia and Asia will be made through five cables that are already in operation. From Australia, the cable is expected to connect to routes reaching Malaysia, Vietnam and Japan, among others. The initiative will have a landing station in Tahiti.
