Description: The project consists of the construction of a direct current and high voltage (HVDC) transmission line, which would run from the Colectora 2 substation, in the department of La Guajira, to the 500kV Primavera substation, in the department of Santander. This expansion aims to allow the incorporation of 2,000 MW of generation in 2028 and an additional 1,000 MW in 2032, and would help dispatch the production of wind and solar farms to the national interconnected grid.
