Description: Implementation and asphalt paving on the state highway connecting the BR-135 highway (Palestina) to the junction with the PI-397 highway (Transcerrados) in the state of Piauí. The entire population of the municipality of Bom Jesus and the entire southern region of the state of Piauí, especially the agricultural production areas, producers of the Serra do Quilombo, where soybeans, rice, corn and cotton are grown. Lack of adequate infrastructure on roads that are in a precarious condition, with poor stretches making it difficult to flow agricultural and livestock production, as well as the delivery of inputs and also hindering the movement of vehicles and, at times, even making traffic impossible, forcing longer routes and, consequently, more time spent on transportation and higher operating costs. That the region has the necessary infrastructure for the development of the municipalities that make up the Matopiba area through the execution of the implementation and asphalt paving works, offering the general population roads in good conditions for trafficability with the aim of obtaining greater longevity of the road and the safety and comfort of users in order to increase productivity and improve production conditions.
