The works are divided into 4 lots and the work points extend from Route No. 6 to Pérez Street (Partido de Luján). The initiative, in addition to considering dredging works, is also complemented by other works such as the construction of riverside promenades, sports modules and bike paths, among others. The Luján River is located in the north of the province of Buenos Aires and has an extension of 128km. The climatic inconsistencies and increased flow have generated floods that have affected the quality of life of the surrounding communities. It is estimated that the project will benefit some 100,000 inhabitants.
