Description: Incorporation of Mining Property - Faena Negreiros Mining development projects over 5,000 tons/month The Project consists of the incorporation of mining property for its exploitation, which will allow the extension of the useful life of the Faena Minera Negreiros, whose objective is the exploitation of caliche and its subsequent processing by means of heap leaching from where the "rich solution" is obtained, which is sent through a pipe system to the Chemical Plant, to obtain a concentrated iodide solution. The mineral extraction rate will be 1,000,000 t/month of caliche, the same already approved according to Exempt Resolution No. 90 dated September 11, 2014 of the Environmental Assessment Commission, Tarapacá Region, which approves the DIA of project “Increased Production of Negreiros Iodine”. The mineral will be extracted from mining deposits divided into two macrozones: one located in the "Chinquiquiray" sector, 32 km northwest of the town of Huara, where the current project is in operation, and another in the "Huara" sector located , where the area closest to the project is located to the west of the town of Huara.
