The project will have a 2 x 1 configuration (two gas turbines and one steam) and includes the gas supply works and the necessary roads to access the site where the plant will be located. The construction will require around 744 workers, while the operation will require 65 people. The plant will supply energy to the National Electric System (SEN). The water to be used will come from an extraction well located within the property that will have raw water available. The plant will be fed by gas from the Pemex Salamanca-Guadalajara gas pipeline, installed next to the property.
