Description: La Colonia Photovoltaic Plant Power generating plants greater than 3 MW The La Colonia Photovoltaic Plant Project (hereinafter the Project) includes the construction and operation of a new photovoltaic solar plant with a nominal power of 9.9 MW that will provide electricity to the National Electric System . The Project will be located in Plot Number Ten and Plot Number Sixteen in the rural area of the Buin commune, Maipo province, Metropolitan Region, and will occupy an area of approximately 24.2 ha. This Plant will be made up of 24,138 panels of 410 Wp, which will generate 9,896.5 kW of nominal power. The panels are divided into 3 groups, each of which will have a maximum power of 3,000 kW to inject, which will be connected to each inverter. The panels will be mounted on metallic structures with a horizontal solar tracker on one axis. The Project will be connected to the CGED networks, specifically to the existing feeder right next to the Project's perimeter closure. The energy will be evacuated through an electrical line made up of an underground section (100 m) and an aerial section (48 m), using a protected Aluminum conductor with a section of 185 mm2 and an XLPE Insulated Copper conductor with a section of 240 mm2, respectively, and connecting to post No. 476427. In summary, the project is made up of: · Photovoltaic Park (PFV), with a nominal power of 9.9 MW, consisting of 24,138 410 Wp photovoltaic modules, mounted on metal structures (photovoltaic tables), with a horizontal tracker on one axis. · 3 Modular Unit Power inverters and transformation centers of 3,000 kWac. · 1 control center · 1 maneuvering center · 1 storage warehouse · Internal roads. · Medium voltage power transmission line (LMT) of 15 kV and approximately 100 m long underground and 48 m above ground. In turn, the Project contemplates a series of auxiliary works, which will complement and allow its operation, among which are: investment centers, internal roads, control room and warehouses The objective of the Project is the generation of electrical energy through the use of technologies that use Non-Conventional Renewable Energy sources (NCRE), in particular, solar radiation. In this way, the operation of a photovoltaic park with a nominal power of 9.9 MW is contemplated, which will contribute 9 MW to the National Electric System.
