In addition, it contemplates the construction of two simple circuit high voltage transmission lines. From the step-up substations, the energy generated by the project will be transmitted to the national electric system (SEN) to the Lucero substation and the future Montenegro substation, both properties of a third party. The park contemplates the use of an approximate area of 349.8ha, considering the total of the facilities and power lines. 98.5% of the project is located in the commune of Bulnes, while the remaining 1.5%, corresponding to a section of one of the power lines, is located in the commune of San Ignacio, province of Diguillín, Ñuble region, Chile.
