Reject water (brine) generated in the reverse osmosis process is returned to the sea by an underwater emitter that will terminate at 300m from the beach. It should be noted that the plant will carry out the process by means of an open intake. Los Cabos has a serious problem in the constant supply of drinking water, especially in Cabo San Lucas, where the service is extended to some colonies and fractions. It will benefit a population of 464,157 inhabitants. The project will be located in Cabo San Lucas, municipality of Los Cabos, Baja California.
