Description: REDHIL Magallanes SPA, in its short-term operations plan, plans to continue mining prospecting activities in the Cutter Cove sector. These prospecting activities are planned in order to deepen the background already obtained in similar campaigns, as well as to broaden the background of neighboring areas not previously prospected, in order to advance in the generation of the required background on the determination of reserves. and operating decisions. In this opportunity the prospecting plan contemplates the realization of 40 new drilling, to be executed in a period of three (3) years. The drillings to be performed will correspond to the diamond type and the depth of each drill will vary depending on the results obtained, in an expected range of 150 meters at 350 meters depth. The activities of logistics management that involve the supply of supplies, equipment and personnel, as well as the transport and removal of waste, will be carried out through the RCA No. 105/2012 "Traffic, Loading and Discharge Activities of Inputs and Waste by AMCP - F. Coloane ", effective until 2019 through Exempt Resolution 66/2016 / P4721. In addition, it should be noted that the Project will be developed in three seasons; 1 was 2018-2019, 2 gives 2019-2020 and 3 was 2020-2021, during the months of October to April of each year. Objective The objective of the project "Mining Prospecting Cutter Cove Stage IV" is to minimize the geological uncertainties, associated to the concentrations of mineral substances existing in the area, necessary for the required characterization and in order to establish the mining plans on which it is based. the programmed exploitation of an eventual deposit in the area, allowing to delimit and estimate the potential of mineral substances of interest of the Holder (gold, silver and copper). For this, 40 drillings will be carried out within a period of three years.
