Together with the Vindobona, Batán I and Batán II hydroelectric plants, the nominal capacity will reach 43MW. The hydroelectric plant will operate with treated water and will be located along the Tola-Vindobona interceptor tunnel, in the Vindobona sector, in Quito's northern region, Ecuador.
