Description: The project aims to adapt the technology for the production of fuels, specifically the production of naphtha and diesel oil, to the new sulfur content specifications, in order to have 70% of its production low in sulfur according to international standards agreed in Paris. It will also seek to increase the production of hydrocarbons between 5 and 7% per year. Construction works will require 1,600 people.
