Each treatment module will have two biological reactors with a treatment capacity of 150 L/s each, which will be aerated through pumps that will drive air to the bubble diffuser grills. These will be mixed with the water by means of mechanical agitation. It will be built in three sub-phases: Sub-Phase 1 : involves the works and actions necessary to deliver the first 300 L/s to the industrial sector. Installation of pre-treated sewage conduction from the current location of the current pre-treatment system to the 2,000 m3 accumulation tank, located in the Salar el Carmen sector. Construction of 4 pre-treated Sewage Elevation Plants (PEAS) necessary for the conduction of this type of water. Construction of Module 1 of the PTAS that will allow treating a flow of 300 L/s, incorporating all the annexed elements necessary for the operation of the plant, such as complete internal roads, internal lifting and treated water plants, administrative offices, electrical backups enter others. Treated Water Lifting Plant to drive the treated water from the PTAS to the 2,000 m3 treated water storage tank. This will be located next to the PTAS and will allow, from this point, to distribute the treated water to the La Negra sector. Booster Elevator Plant for delivery to the La Negra sector, with a total installed capacity of 450 L/s, to be located next to the PTAS. Conduction of Treated Water to the La Negra sector, where the 800 mm HDPE or 762 mm or 457 mm steel pipes will be installed, as appropriate. Sub-Phase 2 : involves the works and actions necessary to deliver the second 300 L/s to the industrial sector, thus completing a total of 600 L/s after the construction of this sub-phase. This sub-phase includes the following: Construction of Module 2 of the PTAS that will allow treating a flow of 300 L/s, thus achieving an installed treatment capacity of 600 L/s. Mantos Blancos Elevator Plant 1 for delivery to the Mantos Blancos sector, with a total installed capacity of 450 L/s, to be located next to the PTAS and PE Booster. Mantos Blancos 2 Lifting Plant to continue with the drive to the Mantos Blancos sector, with a total installed capacity of 450 L/s. In said lifting plant, all the elements necessary for the operation of said pumping stations will be incorporated, including the annexed elements such as accumulation tanks of 1,620 m3, hydropneumatic elements, backup generators, among others. Conduction of Treated Water to the Mantos Blancos sector, where the 800 mm HDPE or 711 mm steel pipes will be sunk, as appropriate, mainly through the fiscal road belt of Route 5 North. Final tank for the accumulation of treated water, which will be located at the end of the route to Mantos Blancos and will have a capacity of 2,000 m3. Sub-Phase 3 : involves the works and actions necessary to deliver the last 300 L/s to the industrial sector contemplated by this project under evaluation, thus completing, after construction, a treatment capacity of 900 L/s. Construction of Module 3 of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (PTAS).
