Description: Developed by Ecuador's state-owned company Petroecuador, the project will transport crude oil through a 220km pipeline that will link Esmeraldas province to the Pacífico refinery in Manabí province. The project is part of Ecuador's coordinating ministry of strategic sectors' 2014-2018 Strategic Plan.
