Paving of State Highway - Ap-280

Description: Paving of state highways. Small-scale farmers who depend on the production of crops such as cassava, corn, beans and vegetables, as well as cattle, buffalo, sheep and goat farmers will directly benefit from the paving project, as will the inhabitants of the Lago Novo district and adjacent communities. The lack of paving on the AP-280 highway has been hindering vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Thus, paving represents an excellent opportunity to provide the municipality's producers with basic conditions for the good performance of the local production chain. This work aims to optimize the flow of local production, as well as the population's access to other locations and public services. The proposal is in line with the objectives and guidelines of the federal program, since the ministry's goal is to increase investments in basic infrastructure. The expected results are improved accessibility, reduced transportation costs, increased agricultural productivity, stimulation of local entrepreneurship, regional economic growth, reduction of rural exodus and regional integration.
