Description: Asphalt paving of the Xapuri bypass branch, 17.56 km long, located in the city of Xapuri. According to the 2010 census, Xapuri has a total population of 16,091 inhabitants, with 10,330 inhabitants in the urban area and 5,761 inhabitants in the rural area, and an HDI of 0.599. This project will directly benefit 150 families of small rural producers (approximately 600 people) who rely on agricultural production and land use as the only way to guarantee income for their families. At least another 500 families will also benefit indirectly. Provide the road with traffic conditions that allow the flow of passenger and cargo vehicles along the length of the road, including in the harsh Amazonian winter. Allow uninterrupted traffic for the population using the branch line to travel between Xapuri and its catchment area, and vice versa. Connect the branch line with other production hubs. Allow the local population continued access to public services offered in Xapuri, Brasiléia and Rio Branco. Promote/distribute local production. Paving of 17.57 km of the Xapuri branch line: construction of asphalt paving, drainage system and signage. Improvement in the flow of agricultural production: corn, citrus, cassava, watermelon, sugar cane, banana, pineapple, cupuaçu, açaí, beans, poultry, eggs, pig farming, fish farming, livestock, passion fruit and rice. 150 families directly benefited.
