Photovoltaic Substations Energy Storage

Description: The project consists of the construction and operation of a photovoltaic plant, composed of 111,180 bifacial photovoltaic panels of 540Wp each, as well as an energy storage system, with a duration of 4 hours (equivalent to 60MWh) and a step-up substation with evacuation to the national interconnected electrical system (SEIN). The solar plant will be located on the Payita-Copeyito highway, Las Gordas section, municipality of Nagua, María Trinidad Sánchez province, Dominican Republic. The project will generate 300 jobs in its construction phase.
