Public-private partnership (PPP) Transmission Lines Substations Concessions

Description: The project includes the concession for the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a new substation called Piura Este, which is expected to feed from the future Piura Nueva 500/220 kV Substation, representing an expansion of said substation. In addition, the project includes the Los Ejidos - Chulucanas 60 kV Transmission Line Alternative. The initiative aims to expand the 220/60 kV transformation capacity in the electrical system of the project's area of influence, to meet the growth in demand for electrical energy in the Piura area. With the project it will be possible to supply electricity to the demand of the Los Ejidos, Castilla, Chulucanas, Morropón and Loma larga substations, which are fed from the Piura Oeste substation. The works will be carried out in the reserved area of the Piura Nueva 500/220 kV Substation, which is located in the district of Castilla, province and department of Piura, at an altitude of approximately 80 meters above sea level.
