The project includes the design, procurement of supplies, construction, assembly, operation and maintenance of mainly two substations and a double circuit transmission line of 162 km in total. The Chivor II and Norte substations and the respective line will connect the eastern part of the country with the western part of the capital, Bogotá, and will extend through the departments of Boyacá and Cundinamarca.
