This is part of the Connection Transmission Facilities (ITC) included in the list of binding projects of the Transmission Plan 2023-2032, and is located in the department of Lima, province of Lima, districts of Cercado de Lima and Lurigancho Chosica . Since it is an ITC project, its area of influence covers the San Martin – Santa Rosa – Carapongo – Cajamarquilla substations, which are part of demand area 6 and 7 (Lima). The project includes the following facilities: New San Martín substation Derivation lines for the connection of the new San Martín substation Carapongo – Cajamarquilla aerial transmission line Expansions at the Carapongo and Cajamarquilla substations. Double circuit underground transmission line Expansion of the future San Martín substation Adaptation of the Chavarría substation Expansion of the Santa Rosa substation
