This initiative is part of the Maintenance Program by Standards or PBC (Perfomance Based Contract) that the Government of Panama carries out in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the National Government 2019-2024 for the initial recovery and/or rehabilitation and maintenance of approximately 2,000 km of priority roads of the road network at the national and metropolitan level.
