The works are the continuation of the South Access section to Tucumán to transform the RN9 into a highway, which will favor the connection between both locations and will also allow strengthening the Northern Bioceanic Corridor, promoting commercial exchange between northern Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia and the southwestern Brazil, contributing to the development of the region's economies. The project is part of the Public Works Plan for the Development of the Nation "Argentina Grande".
