Description: After the exploration stage of the San Sebastián Block of the YPF Chile SA company, where the execution of the extended production tests was included, the wells that turned out to be oil producers went to the exploitation stage, so the commercialization of oil before the Ministry of Energy (Annex 1, Letter Ministry of Energy and Purchase Contract). Within its hydrocarbon exploitation project, YPF Chile SA requires the implementation of a Flow Transfer Station that will generally allow the commercialization of liquid hydrocarbons produced in the Cisne Sur X-1, Gaviota Sur X-1 wells, Carpenter X-1 and other wells of the San Sebastián Block that go into production later, being his final destination the Gregorio Terminal. Due to the composition of the liquid to be produced, it is necessary to have an installation that prepares these crudes before their commercialization, especially in relation to the cleaning of impurities. This installation will be built within the ironing of the Swan Sur X-1 well, which will prevent the intervention of a new area within the Block. Additionally, surface facilities will be built in the ironing of the Carpintero X-1 and Gaviota Sur X-1 wells, the crude being transported by trucks to the South Swan. The other wells of the San Sebastián Block that go into production later will be incorporated as long as they do not exceed the installed capacity of the South Swan Flow Transfer Station. Objective To exploit the deposits that were crude oil producers according to the findings recorded during the exploratory phase in the San Sebastián Block, accumulating, conditioning, temporarily storing and subsequently dispatching to the Gregorio Terminal the production of the South Swan wells X-1, Gaviota Sur X -1, Carpenter X-1 and other wells of the Block that will go into production in the future, as long as they do not exceed the installed capacity of the South Swan Flow Transfer Station.
