The project will seek to facilitate greater access to sexual and reproductive health services for women, care and referral of cases of domestic violence, reduction of mortality from chronic non-communicable diseases and treatment of high-risk pregnancies. In addition, it will promote the inclusion of people with disabilities by improving access to hospital services, telemedicine and support services with assistive technology. The new hospital will reduce the gap in access to health care for indigenous communities and ensure compliance with the Indigenous Peoples' Health Law. When operational, the project will benefit nearly 90,000 users each year.
