Transmission Photovoltaic Energy Storage Substations Onshore Wind Transmission Lines

Description: The project involves the construction and operation of a park consisting of a wind farm with 33 wind turbines of 8MW each, a solar park with 175,560 photovoltaic modules of 570Wp each, a battery energy storage system (BESS) with a capacity of 500MWh, a step-up substation and a high voltage line. The interconnection of the wind turbines and the photovoltaic modules will be carried out by means of a collector network that will be underground and will be destined for the project's step-up substation. The energy will then be conducted by means of a high-voltage line that will be connected to the Wayra substation. The initiative, which will be located on 248.88ha, will be in the commune of Taltal, in the province and region of Antofagasta, Chile. The construction phase will last 33 months.
