The project benefits from the proximity to the freight terminals in the region, located in Campinas and Guarulhos. It is also strategically located, as it is 500km away from Brasilia, Belo Horizonte and São Paulo. The project is part of the Interviales center of economic development master plan, which includes the transformation of rural into urban areas and establishes sectors for the airport and industrial, commercial and service areas. The project will be located between the municipalities of Uberaba and Uberlândia, along highway BR-050, near km 116.
