To realize this goal the bypass will divert traffic from the Patzcuaro-Uruapan expressway towards the areas of Peribán, Los Reyes, Tingüindín, Jacona and Zamora. The bypass is in the northwest of Michoacán de Ocampo state and crosses Ziracuaretiro and Uruapan municipalities.
