The main objective of the Concession Project is to create and strengthen a road corridor that connects the city of Villavicencio, capital of the Department of Meta, with the city of Yopal, capital of the Department of Casanare, thus improving traffic conditions and guaranteeing greater mobility. For the execution of the project units the road corridor is divided into 7 functional units: UF 1 Villavicencio - Cumaral UF 2 Cumaral - Paratebueno UF 3 Paratebueno - Villanueva UF 4 Villanueva - Monterrey UF 5 Monterrey – Tauramena UF 6 Tauramena – Aguazul UF 7 Aguazul – Yopal The infrastructure crosses the Departments of Meta, Cundinamarca and Casanare. It begins in Villavicencio, heading north-east, connecting in the Agua Clara sector with the Transversal del Sisga corridor, which connects the Department of Boyacá with the Department of Casanare, and ends at the municipality of Yopal, capital of the Department of Casanare.
