Together with the Vindobona, Batán I and Batán II hydroelectric plants, the nominal capacity will reach 43MW. The hydroelectric plant will operate with treated water and will be located in the effluent of the Vindobona wastewater treatment plant (PTAR), Vindobona sector, in Quito's northern region, Ecuador.
