This will be developed in the extreme south of Tamanique and ends in the commercial area of Playa El Zonte, Chiltiupán. The initiative seeks to improve the current conditions of mobility of goods and people and form part of a broad development strategy to enable additional access points to the city and establish uninterrupted rapid transit axes. The project was divided into three stages: Section 1. It goes from El Faro to the Conchalío bridge, length 6.24 km Section 2. From the Conchalío bridge to the access to Xanadú, length 8,120 km Section 3. From Xanadú to Zonte, length 8,374 km This route is part of the three main axes of primary circulation in El Salvador, where the largest number of vehicles circulate, connecting not only with strategic points for international trade, but also providing access to the main tourist and development points of the country. It will directly benefit 68,690 inhabitants of the municipalities: La Libertad, Tamanique, Chiltiupán, and indirectly the municipalities of Comasagua and Jayaque, which have a total of 92,531 inhabitants.
