Description: The Project that is presented for evaluation contemplates the construction and operation of a Photovoltaic Plant[1], consisting of 26,964 photovoltaic panels of 400 Wp each; which together will have a nominal generation power of 9 MW[2] that will be injected into the National Electric System (SEN). The photovoltaic panels will be arranged on monofilament tracker structures with an EO axis (mobile) and will have self-powered motors, allowing the efficient use of solar energy. The Plant surface is equivalent to 24.96 hectares, to which is added the implementation of a Medium Voltage Evacuation Line (23 kV), which will have an approximate length of 2,831 meters and an approximate surface[3] of 2. 27 hectares, in addition to an access road that will have an approximate length of 26[4] meters and an approximate surface area of 0.02 hectares, which results in a total occupation area of the Project equivalent to 27.24 hectares[ 5]. The conversion from direct current to alternating current will be carried out using inverters, while the increase from low voltage to medium voltage will be done through the use of transformer equipment. The energy produced, converted and transformed, will be conducted and injected into the SEN through a Medium Voltage Evacuation Line (23 kV), which, as indicated above, will have an approximate length of 2,831 meters, which will be connected to the Industrial feeder. corresponding to the 23 kV “Dolores Substation”, in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Standard for the Connection and Operation of Small Distributed Generation Means (PMGD)[6] in Medium Voltage installations. For more details regarding the location of the electrical connection point and the projected evacuation line, see Section 1.5 on Project Location. According to the above, the projected Photovoltaic Plant presents the following general technical characteristics: Table 1-4. Technical Characteristics of the Project. Source: self made. In addition to the solar panels and their connection elements, the Project will require permanent buildings necessary for the operation of the Plant, understood as: two (2) electrical rooms, two (2) warehouses for the storage of materials, one (1 ) perimeter fence or fence, one (1) electrical evacuation line, one (1) hazardous waste storage warehouse (RESPEL), four (4) drinking water ponds with a capacity of 5 m3 each, one (1) pit septic with infiltration system, one (1) internal road and (1) access road. In addition to the own installations corresponding to the solar panels that are part of the Plant. It should be noted that the operation and surveillance of the Plant will be carried out remotely and in real time, with one (1) Plant Video Surveillance System. In addition to the above, the Project will require temporary works necessary to provide support to the Construction Phase, understood as one (1) Works Facility (IF) consisting of chemical bathrooms, dining room, offices, temporary collection area for household waste. , mixer truck canoe washing system, among other facilities. The Construction Phase of the Project will last six (6) months and will require an average staff of 60 workers/month and a maximum staff of 68 workers/month, while the Operation Phase will have a duration of 30 years and a average staff of three (3) workers/month and a maximum of five (5) workers/month. It is reiterated that the operation of the Plant will be carried out remotely, therefore, the presence of permanent labor in the Plant is not contemplated, considering only specific visits for maintenance purposes in accordance with the detail indicated in Section 1.8.1.3 of this document. Chapter. Finally, the Closure Phase only contemplates the dismantling of works, removal of machinery, leveling of the land and subsequent cleaning and closure of the sector, activities that project an estimated duration of four (4) months and an average average labor requirement of 20 workers/month and a maximum workforce of 23 workers/month. The Zapiga Photovoltaic Plant aims to generate electrical energy from the use of solar energy through the implementation of 26,964 solar panels of 400 Wp each, which together will have a generation potential of 9 MWn of nominal power that will be injected. to the National Electric System (SEN).
